Today, AMI Communications employees number over 100 people in the 4 offices (Prague, Bratislava, Sofia and Bucharest), of whom more than half are experienced professionals providing expert services to clients. This set-up, combined with experience from media, marketing and international corporations, ensures steady growth of the agency's know-how and provides the basis for a premium quality service. The number and quality of executives allows us to build teams capable of handling even the most complex projects on a national and international level, communication emergencies or communication in niche media.
Given the agency's size, we can take on projects that are very demanding in terms of human resources. The stability of our team fosters close personal relations with all key target groups relevant for Public Relations. Mihai Radu (37), 

Managing Director
Mihai is a 36-years old PR strategist and campaign director with over 10 years of experience in public relations. In 1998 he graduated from the Bucharest University with a degree in Orthodox Theology and French literature. Mihai has worked at SOFTWIN since 2000, where he supervised all communication activities related to BitDefender since 2001, including mass media relations and information services. Mihai also overseen the preparation of all advertising and marketing materials and he is the author of a number of articles and reviews covering information security in both Romanian and international media. According to a Brand Academy study performed in February 2005, regarding the most wide-spread Romanian brands on the Internet, after four years on the market, the BitDefender brand topped the first position. Mihai gathered multiple essential media contacts in the industry, achieving publication in most famous international media outlets: New York Times, Washington Post, Daily Telegraph, ABC News, Fox News, BBC News, MSNBC, CNET publications, etc. (over 100 media outlets around the  world), being quoted as a BitDefender spokesperson. Since 2006, he is the Managing Director of the Romanian subsidiary of AMI Communications. He possesses fluent English and French skills, is married and has two children.

Clement Dan (44), 
Account Director - Senior Consultant
Clement is a senior and experienced marketing and business development consultant, with over 16 years of experience in consulting projects.  Over fourty successful marketing or business development projects executed in eight countries, for Romanian, American and Italian companies and NGO’s operating in seventeen different industries. Most significant projects include redesign and implementation coordination of the international marketing strategy of Softwin’s BitDefender, a 700 employees software company, to support triple sales volume increase year-over-year, rebranding of GeCAD, a data security software company, and new marketing strategy design and implementation, leading to a spectacular boost of the business and growth of the company from 17 to over 200 employees and subsequent acquisition by Microsoft Corp., marketing strategy and three-year business plan to sustain the development program of Rodipet, a 3,500 employees company with national operations, the largest press distribution company in Romania, strategy design, concept, executive planning and implementation coordination of a nation-wide communication campaign for NATO, generating a positive attitude of the population of Romania, prior to the country joining the organization. Clement speaks fluently English and has a perfect understanding of the Romanian business market.

Cosmin Chivu (30), 

Account Manager
 
Cosmin graduated from Bucharest University in 2004, with a degree in Theology and Classic Languages.  He organized charity events for the Foundation for a Modern Romania for a year, and then he worked for various advertising and event management companies as an Account Executive and Production Director. After a short while spent as a Marketing Manager at the weekly magazine “Saptamana”, in 2006 he joined the team at AMI Communications Romania, where he served as an Account Manager for a number of clients including Hewlett-Packard, THR, Bunge, Astellas and Novo Nordisk Pharma.
